Understanding RTB Projects

Ready-to-Build (RTB) refers to a crucial stage in the asset development lifecycle where all necessary permits, grid connection agreements, and land rights have been secured, allowing construction to commence immediately. This stage is particularly attractive to investors looking for projects with reduced development risk but still offering potential for value creation through construction and operation.
